By accessing or using PrepApex ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PrepApex is an educational practice platform designed to help students improve test-taking skills for standardized exams including the SAT and ACT. The Platform provides adaptive practice questions, performance tracking, and study tools.

3. No Guarantee of Results

PrepApex does not guarantee any specific score or outcome on official exams. All results, recommendations, score projections, and study plans generated by the Platform are for practice purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance on any standardized test.

4. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students and individuals preparing for standardized exams. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. PrepApex reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or harvest Platform data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, explanations, and materials on the Platform are the property of PrepApex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial study purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepApex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost scores, missed exam opportunities, or reliance on practice results.

10. Changes to Terms

PrepApex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
