We collect: (a) Account information: email address, school name, graduation year; (b) Practice data: questions answered, accuracy rates, session history, weak area diagnostics; (c) Score data: self-reported SAT/ACT scores and uploaded score reports (stored privately); (d) Usage data: session timestamps, device type, browser type; (e) Referral data: referral codes used and generated.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) personalize your practice experience based on your performance; (c) send you account-related communications (magic link emails, important notices); (d) analyze Platform usage to improve question quality and adaptive recommendations; (e) detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Score reports you upload are stored in private, access-controlled storage. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., database, email); (b) law enforcement when required by law.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

PrepApex uses browser localStorage to store session preferences, onboarding status, and terms acceptance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and data; (d) withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@prepapex.com.

7. Children's Privacy

PrepApex is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
